If you are going to wear all day go a size up so it does not constrict blood flow. If you are going to go for a hard fuck slip on a tighter ring, but don’t leave it on for more than 20 minutes

You truly never have to worry unless you have super tiny balls and a rather thick cock. The reason is that your balls are the hardest to get through the ring simply because our balls don't compact any, so start with one ball through the ring, if it hurts to do it, the ring is too small... then pull a little extra of your ball sack skin through the ring so there will be room for your second ball to fit into the sack with your first ball, once you push it through... Again, if it really hurts to do it, don't continue.
If both balls are now in the ring, you have to get your cock as flaccid as possible. Often I have to wait a bit because my cock loves the idea and it knows my balls are going into the cock ring and my cock is next, which means a fun time ahead... Seriously, once your cock is soft n squishy, I always work to get my cockhead in before the rest of my cock... Our cock heads are much less able to compress than the shaft, so push the head through, and I try to do this fairly quickly so I don't start filling my shaft with lots of boner-making blood. If you stay totally boned for a long time, maybe an hour or more, when you are just doing your daily activities, I would say that your rings are too small for you.

As for sizes.... wow, so many.... for all-day wear, I find that a 5cm diameter is perfect. It is loose enough to not have me boned all day, but when something hot comes to me, it helps to hold my boner very nicely for a long time. I also have a steel ring that weighs 1.25 lbs (about 600 grams) and it attaches with strong magnets so no pushing my junk through the center. But it is just as difficult to put this on as any ring. Rubber gaskets, O-rings, etc plus metal rings of every description and wooden curtain rings; for me, they are the most comfortable... snoop around... I never look at anything "round" that doesn't get thought of as a possible cock ring.

Ummm good question. Actually I used a bit of wire to work out the minimum ring diameter that would fit me. Was trial and error but i did buy the correct size of rings that fitted me.
