when i measure it always seems that i want something biggerthan is offered
and make no mistake, i am in no way bigger
so this afternoon i will be investing in a cheaper assortment pack that has a 1.75 inches option
to gauge size (and try ot get a baseline) as much as anything
before i choose more expenisive

John with JOCK STRAP CENTRAL was so helpful. I sent pics to him and he guided me through the whole process. He is one of the owners and was incredible! Like you, it would be nice to have someone assisting with the process, measuring and sizing to get the correct fit and style. Might even get to see how they work flaccid and erect.

I have been a huge fan of cock rings since I discovered the concept and made my own ring from a very large paper clip that I made into a circle (ring), bending each end over the other. I was 14...
Since then I have collected well more than 100 cock rings - metal, plastic, wood, elastic, leather, just about any material that I can make round.
At times, I have paid too much for my cock rings, but you don't need to... Go to a Home Depot/Lowes or similar hardware store..... in plumbing, they have every kind of rubber gasket, metal ring, etc that you can imagine. In homewares, in the drapery department, they sell wooden curtain rings (also plastic, but they are not comfy)...The thicker the ring the better (not diameter, the thickness of the material itself).
Snap on and adjustable leather cock rings are generally not comfy for longtime wear since the edges of the ring tend to cut into your flesh.
MOST importantly, you need to decide if you are going to wear a particular ring for short periods of time (sex, or showing off) OR for long-term use, like all day or even 24 hours a day.
So my collection often has me wearing several at once to create a really amazing bulge without any discomfort, just wows from others. I start with a quite thick ring (I love my wooden ones here), and the diameter is large too (it won't stay on by itself) THEN I keep adding smaller diameter rings and building up a pile of rings, all being held in place by the last one which has small enough diameter to hold the others on and comfy enough to wear all day but NOT so tight that my blood flow is constricted. You can picture all of these piled on top of each other like a Christmas tree - biggest and thickest on the bottom, smallest and still very comfortable at the top. Once you get a nice collection of different sizes and materials, you will find the perfect combination for your comfort and a great show of your junk.
In some of the gyms I have gone to, where its fine to fool around somewhat openly, I load up my junk with a full set of rings, wear one of my sexist jocks that will also hold in all of my multi-ringed package... then I just watch as guys start to show a lot of interest, and then it's up to me to pick!!!!! The beach is another perfect place to show off.
I have also bought the big, heavy, thick, expensive magnetic metal rings. They are major boner makers, but unless they are super tight and VERY difficult to put on, they will come off if you plan to wear them for a long time. Not worth the money.

How difficult is it to get the solid rings like wood and metal in place? It just seems it could get very uncomfortable. I have the leathers to wrap around and adjust, but I find myself a little intimidated by the solid materials.
The first ring I ever saw a stainless steel. The guy wearing it was beside me at a urinal. He knew I was intrigued so gave me a better view. It looked fantastic on him so I asked about it.
