Our Pro jockstraps come in either a 2 inch or swimmer jockstraps and in 8 colors each. As for size, they come in small all the way up to 2Xlarge which should fit guys with a waist size from 26 inches to 48 inches.

We've carried quite a few jocks with full-frontal exposure but I think you may be talking about a suspensory jockstrap.

They were originally made as a medical device for guys with testicular issues and we did carry one from Flarico many years ago but these days, the only ones we carry are more fashion suspensories - based a bit loosely on the original ones.

Unfortunately, we only have one style from GBGB and only in size small. We will most likely get more but can't say when at this point.

The whole purpose of the suspensory is to support the balls, so it's not designed for the balls to hang out.

We have carried full-frontal gear from Raw Studio (they call them ball-lifters) in the past but don't currently have any. Perhaps they'll have one with a new collection. Here's one from the past. It's not a jockstrap as it's lacking the leg straps:

The other option is our Cellblock 13 Tight End Snap Jockstraps as they have a front pouch that snaps off. So you can wear them with the pouch on or off:
