The difference is in styling. They both use the same cotton (with a hint of spandex) in the pouch. The pouch is double walled in both. Both have 2 inch wide waistbands.
The waistband designs and color combinations are only difference.
No, the Neon is different in style and fabric from the Basic Training and Cargo Jocks. It has a more modern micro-mesh pouch and it's single-walled. More stretch to handle the big cock of yours!!!
