To send a private message (Conversation) to me or another member, click on their username or head to their Profile Page and click the Start Conversation button.
This, by the way, is your Profile Posts page (or wall). You or other guys can write to it and have conversations. What you say here is public. Conversations are private and a good choice if you want to chat privately to other members without divulging your email address.
