I realize that the illustrations have to be modest but it looks like there isn’t any dick to “suspend.” Ah the Victorians - so modest and prude on the outside - so horny and pervy on the inside.

"MADE FOR THE REGULAR ARMY". Make no mistake, suspensors were not made for men with injuries. They were made for daily support for normal men. They didn't have any other garment in that time that actually supported the balls. Let's not lose this piece of history.
