Futuro Athletic Supporters
(1917 to present)COMPANY:
3M (USA)
HISTORY:
Back in 1917, a young Cincinnati man named George "Jack" Jung, Jr. injured his foot. Desperate to get back in the game, he wrapped it with adhesive tape and continued playing football. This began FUTURO's history of innovation as Jung explored more supportive and comfortable materials.
In 2008, Futuro was aquired by 3M (what isn't owned by them these days?)
It doesn't look like Futuro Athletic Supporters are in production any more but a quick Google search and found that some places still have limited stock available.
